JorisPPattyn (12750) - Wilrijk, BELGIUM - JAN 9, 2022UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 Slowly growing russet head, dense, but again disappearing over jet-black beer. Roast, burnt, but also maltsweet. Fleeting mintaroma. Gradually smoke, peat creeping in. Roast & smoked malts, tarr, almost Islay-like. Chicory, Ersatz coffee are quite plausible. Well-bodied, viscous, dry. Low carbonation. Quite pleasing stout - and despite no mentioning whatsoever, obviously with a Rauch character. I Txs to Stef! /I
