Has the look and appearance of most stouts. Has a slightly fruity aroma, perhaps chocolate or coffee. Taste comes on strong but goes down smoothly. It has some kick as I was consuming on an empty stomach and could feel a buzz within minutes. Would drink this again, but bartender said after this keg there’d Brno more until next fall/winter.

On tap- Pour is dark black with a tan head..Nose is coffee, dark chocolate, molasses, roasty..Taste is roast, dark malts, coffee, chocolate, brown sugar..palate is bold with some sweetness.

Pours a rich dark opacic brown with a small tan head and aggressive lacing. The aroma is a wonderful roasted malt and the taste follows suit. Strong roasted taste up front with agressive coffee notes. The mouthfeel is medium with a nice balance of carbonation. A very enjoyable stout. Would buy again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft @ Double Horn. Pours black with a half finger of dark brown head. Aroma of coffee and dark chocolate. Light bitter taste with coffee, dark chocolate and a little caramel. Full bodied with a thick texture. Soft carbonation and a long bitter finish. Overall, very good. Probably my favorite from this place. Good enough that I brought a growler home with me.
