Good stuff very tart with a slight sourness to it, no a fan typically of this style, but the cherries managed to win me over. Would love to see this as a seasonal next year.
Draught at Dry Dock Brewing. Pours clear copper with a small, fizzy white head, diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is caramel malt with sweet, candied cherries and earthy hops. Medium malt flavor, sweet cherries, low hops. Medium bodied, good carbonation, and a sweet finish. I was a bit disappointed in this beer. Being a belgian strong golden ale base with cherries added, I thought there would be more body, but the cherries may have thinned that out.
