UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 Bière blonde très forte, en exemplaire vieilli, destiné à fêter le retour d'un ami qui, tel le fils prodigue, revenait de vacances .. J'ai bu cette bière à plusieurs reprises antérieurement, et je ne l'avais jamais cotée, parce que j'avais l'impression qu'elle descendait de niveau à chaque essai que j'en faisais !! Il était temps donc de fixer les choses, avant qu'il ne soit trop tard !! En effet du Meursault de base, ayant servi à la maturation, il reste peu d'éléments déterminants .. Certes, on est souvent sur du bois, du bois de fût, et qui plus est, du vin blanc, mais je trouve que les notes ne sont pas assez nobles pour un Meursault, même s'il est de Charmes .. CONCLUSION : je fixe aujourd'hui ce débat de plusieurs années .. mais il y a tellement de charmantes Dubuisson sans celle-ci .. Les Dubuisson sont de charme par nature !!

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2021 Pale Ale belga fuerte. Ambar. Capa de espuma que permanece. Aroma a vino. Cerveza muy particular con gusto a vino blanco y champagne. Cítricos, manzana. Retrogusto seco.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2021 The cork leaves the bottle with a loud bang. Gusher! Golden color. Peach, white wine, orange peel and honey in the aroma and flavor. Vinous, very fruity, slightly alcoholic. Pretty good, actually.

UPDATED: JUN 23, 2021 75 cl bottle from the hoppy pub. Drunk to celebrate a success I had with a friend, it was a good substitute for champagne.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2021 Pours hazy orange/blonde with a white head. Yeast and wine on the nose. Vinous, fruity, yeasty and a little dry sour in the finish. A bit too long in the wine barrels for me.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2020 Bottle at home. Three year old. Has a hazy dark orange colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of apricots, wet hay, bread, cloves, phenols and tequila. Flavour is similar with lots of spices, fudge, almonds and warming alcohol in the end. Has a soft mouth feel, full-bodied and a light bitterness. Balanced and rich. Solid.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2020 Bottle of 75cl, shared, in Trappist glass; from the fridge. A wonderful blond barrel aged beer, 'tout en finesse' both in taste and aroma. Meursault came both in nos and taste.

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2020 750ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Pours a steady withe head leaving clingy lacing behind. Cloudy golden body. Ripe fruity nose, yeasty. Taste of mid-sweet yeasty fruitiness, pears, and wood. Vinous impression. Decent sipper qualities. (Shared with MrSoul and Finn, Tromsø 18.01.2020).

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2020 Delt med MrSoul og Rune. Gyldenbrun. Litt uklar. Middels høyt tett skum. Lett krydderaroma. Smaken malt & parfyme. Tørr avslutning.
