COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A collaboration with Cambridge Brewing co. Wheat Grisette brewed exclusively with local malts and Luskville hop, a wild hop breed from Lupuline hopyard in Outaouais and fermented with Brett Drei. The result is a dry thirst quencher with high aromatics and a great body despite it’s low final gravity. A real showcase of local ingredients! Santé!

November 24, 2016 - at Volo Bierreieerriiiiaaiaiiiaiaa (whatever) - 750ml bottle shared with blankboy, mabel and jercraigs - Jer's 10,000th rating!! Hazy gold, nice long-lasting off-white fizzy/creamy head. Amazing funky/salty/bretty aroma, not much alcohol - drool. Taste is nowhere near as sour as the aroma - more a kettle, some green brett and dry floral bitterness. Light body, airy, quick dry slightly floral/funky finish. Nice enough.

Draft. Head is white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (cracker), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs), with notes of gum, lemon/orange zest, pepper. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively/soft carbonation. Pretty nice, even if a tad too soft and unexciting in the mouth. A bit more bitterness would help a lot, but at least the acidity is low. An easy, pleasant quaffer.
