UPDATED: DEC 9, 2020 500ml bottle. Clear gold, brief head, quite fizzy. Aroma is light funky pears, wood and alcohol. Taste is semi-sweet, tart pear, dry fruity and wood noted finish. Medium bodied and a lighter more gentle fizz on the palate than expected, which was nice. Good.

ABV: 7.5%. Clear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, tart pear, sweet pear, horse blanket, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, pear, tart, sweet pear, farmyard, aceton notes, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. UPDATED: SEP 14, 2020 Bottle from Cork & Cask. Pale golden body with a light haze and no head. Lively carbonation. Aroma of vinegar and lemon. Flavour of lemon and a hint of nail varnish. Thin body with a watery texture. Light fizz. Boozy and sharp. I love their organic cider but I didn’t like this.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2020 Bottle sample at a tasting. Clear pale yellow with no head. The aroma has notes of nail polish, alcohol, phenols, pear. The flavor is mild sweet with notes of alcohol, phenols, acetone, nail polish, wood. Dry, medium-bodied.

UPDATED: APR 19, 2019 Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear light yellow, small ring of bobbles. Sweet pear and barnyard aroma. Sweet funky pear flavour. Has a good balance, sweetness well controlled by funk. Ends quite dry. Very good.
