An ever rotating Double IPA. Always the same malt bill, body, color, and bitterness, this IPA changes by season, availability, and pretty much whenever we want. Ask your bartender for the scoop on the current hop profile. Same Soul. Different Personality.
UPDATED: JAN 5, 2022 Serviceable beer. The aromas are old school resin hops with a bit of malt in the background. Flavors are similar to nose, on the sweet side up front with more bitter than the Finish. Decent carbonation and body. Nothing too special though.
16oz can from Three Cellars in the Falls. Standard ipa pour. Sweet and tangy fruits. Sweet toffee malts. Pine and pineapple. Other citrus. Nice tangy bitterness nose. Taste is sweeter, some dry hopping evident. More pineapple down through the glass. Medium bodied. Little alcohol presence. The blend is good. Finishes tangy to the sweet side of bittersweet, but nicely balanced. Enjoyable effort from a new brewer; will need to find more from them. 13.8

Crowler from the brewery. Hazy amber, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of lemon, lime, a bit of resin. The taste is grapefruit, orange, lemon, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy, strong lingering bitterness. Solid.
