Our second beer in a collaboration series with Mikerphone Brewing, this version is a berliner weisse with raspberry, vanilla, graham cracker & cheesecake flavoring.
UPDATED: JAN 5, 2022 The Aromas are raspberry with plenty of vanilla and maybe some hints of graham cracker. Flavors are very much like nose, with graham cracker coming out more and a nice balance between sweet and tart slight amount of bitter. Good carbonation body and finish. Decent beer.
UPDATED: OCT 2, 2021 16 oz can. Pours a cloudy reddish orange color and capped by a thin off white layer of foam that fades away quickly. The aroma shows notes of vanilla cheesecake, icing, burnt sugars, and raspberry just a pale malt base with a touch of graham cracker. The flavor follows suit with notes of raspberry, vanilla cheesecake, icing, and burnt sugars to go with the pale malts and light lactic tartness on the back end. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation that leads to a sugary sweet raspberry and vanilla cheesecake finish. Interesting to try but just too sweet for me.
