UPDATED: DEC 17, 2020 Pours a nice clear but very dark amber, approaching copper, from a bottle. Rich apple syrup aroma, great balanced acidity and tannins, very sweet. Great cider.

ABV: 10.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, wood, rich apples. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, concentrated apples, rich, tart apples, light vanilla - sweet apples. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20190802]

UPDATED: NOV 11, 2019 Bottle: Poured a golden with no head. Aroma is sweet apples and light spice, cinnamon. Taste is diabetes sweet sugary apples, my teeth hurt. Delicious!

Bottle shared at Sunday Brunch Bee Boost. Pours a clear golden amber, no head. This is veeeeery sweet, it even lists the residual sugars on the label, 15%. Lots of sweet apples, caramel, sugar syrup, oak, the flavor profile is very nice but the sweetness makes it hard to define it.

Taster at Eden Winooski. Pours golden with no head. Big apples and a slight tartness on the nose and tongue. Finished clean. Nice.

375ml bottle from Scrattings. Orangey-brown amber colour, no head and aroma of contentrated apple, apple pie pastry, vanilla. Taste is sweet, apple syrup, apple pie, caramel, vanilla, spicy, citric hints, booze. Oily syrupy mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, lingering sweet warm boozey finish. Nicely sippable.
