Aroma a fruta de la pasión, flores frescas y malta caramelizada con notas a hierbas aromáticas, fresa y cítricos. Sabor en la misma línea, más caramelo, fruta tropical y flores con notas a limón y azúcar moreno. Dulzor maltoso/afrutado medio, amargor ligero y acidez tropical media con regusto medio. Textura acuosa, cuerpo medio-ligero y carbonatación medio-alta. Una Berliner Weisse con fruta de la pasión e hibisco muy bien conseguida. El inesperado toque de malta equilibra muy bien la acidez. Ligera, fresca, tropical y floral.

UPDATED: MAR 19, 2019 Servida en copa Teku. Color amarillo velado con espuma escasa y volátil, no aguanta nada. Aroma ácido y pobre. Esperaba más de esa fruta de la pasión que anuncia la botella. En gusto aparece un poco más la fruta tropical y cítrica. Gusto como a medicina. Finas seco, muy ácido y algo astringente. Cuerpo ligero y textura acuosa.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2019 Beers of Advent door 2. Deep clouded orange with a narrow foam becoming a halo. Fresh crunchy passion fruit aroma with hints of pissy dank English woodland. Moderate quenching acidity, natural fruit sharpness, wheat biscuit aftertaste. Lemon juice and faint orange suggestions. Not really my thing but pleasant.
