Bottle at Pub Italia. Hazy golden-amber colour with a creamy big warm cap, very long lasting and nice creamy lacing. Belgian Ale scent with lots of fruits (figs, oranges, dates) and other dark fruits. Mouthfeel is silky smooth with a nice dry finish. Pretty much the same for the taste, as the nose, with raisins notes being on top of the dark fruits. This is a nice brew, but a Saison it is not. A good Belgian Strong Ale, or almost a Tripel.

Trübes Bier wuchtiger schaum, im Geruch Gewürze Hefe, im Geschmack leichte Frucht würzig kräuterig

0,33l Flasche aus der Brauerei direkt in Barcelona. Hat nur noch 7,4%. Helle Bernsteinfarbe, extrem viel Schaum. Würziger Duft. Lakritz, Gewürze und getrocknete Apfelringe. Im Geschmack Lakritz, Süssholz, Hefe. Recht komplex.

bottle. cloudy orange, small offwhite head. sweet aroma, milk, dough, faint glue, a bit strange for a saison. flavor is wild yeast, lemongrass, malts, hoppy bitter balance. Not the best saison, and far from the best edge i have tasted. Surpised the abv is this high.. fainter fruity notes (citrus, honey water melon, banana) resembling belgian triple.

KØLF 050517. Deep golden/Amber color with a beige head. Aroma is yeast, fruit, hop, alcohol. Flavor is hop, fruit, alcohol, yeast, grass, resin. Nice beer.

Tried this one at Pub Italia. Wanted something rare to find, went for a Spanish beer (saison). Well done.

Rated on 7-07-2017. The appearance of this bottled beer is a huge creamy ivory head that is mostly lasting, transparent amber body, very little fast rising carbonation observed, and spotty lacing. The aroma is yeasty, fruity, spicy, sweet, grass, and caramel malt. The flavor is light-moderate bitter, citrus hops, yeasty, fruity, spicy, caramel, pale malt, and a semi-dry finish. The mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, creamy and this beer is medium-full bodied. This beer has a moderate bitter finish and it is a beer worth trying and one that I would purchase again.

33cl bottle at home. Somewhat hazy golden with a medium white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Well balanced sweet and bitter tones. Citrus, grass, herbs and yeast. Tasty.

Bottle: Aroma and taste ist yeasty with artificial sugar notes and some strange notes. Not my beer.
