Quick3Beers (2635) - East Falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - JAN 22, 2018Pours a really fucking clear amber from a bottle. Unassuming tropical fruit aroma and flavor, a little pine? Maybe? Not bad, not great, just good.
The_Osprey (10582) - WALES - JAN 21, 2018January 2018 - Tasting in Hackney. Bottle shared with big thanks to Kenny. As 'El Segundo Clear A.F. IPA', 6.9%. Pale yellow, translucent (could be clearer!), still, foamy off-white head leaves full lacing. Aroma is musty, malts, faint sulphur even – but more sort of musty. Body is frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste has lots of tea – black tea, green tea, Earl Grey tea, some liquorice and aniseed, very light malt character, a little floral. Quite clean but otherwise nothing too exciting. Quite enjoy the 'anti-hazy IPA' premise but I'm not a big fan of the beer. (5-4-6-3-13=3.1)
