Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, creamy toffee and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, malts, sweetness, creamy toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, hoppy and bitter. A decent hoppy brew with sweet notes.

Clear amber-copper colour, small off-white head and lace. Tropical fruits and butter in the nose. Medium-bodied. Tropical fruits, caramalt, sweet berries in the flavour. Too much sweetness here cutting the bitter end.

The aroma features bready, slightly toasty maltiness with some hoppy citrusy fruitiness. Taste is dryish, initially mostly malty, in the finish light to medium bitter. Flavours of bread, bisquit, herbs and a touch grapefruit in the finish. Fairly balanced between hops and malts. The mouthfeel is slick, light to medium bodied; average to lively carbonation. Decent session ale but not an ipa.

Taste follows the aroma. Sweet fruity flavour dominates. Finishes with faint sourness of grapefruit. Smooth mouthfeel. Soft to average carbonation. A drinkable brew, though rather sweet for an IPA. Moderate, malty and dryish - lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel and fruitiness, light - some citrus/herbal hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and fruitiness, light - some herbal hoppyness. Finish is average, malty dryish, faint caramel and fruitiness, light - some herbal hoppyness. OK fruity and hoppy aroma but flavor/finish could use fruitiness. Finish is bit harsh with herbal bitterness. Not too sweet/not too much caramel.
