dorain (1930) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAR 7, 2021

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2019 750mL bottle at Holm, pours a clear pale golden with almost no head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk, Belgian yeast, and champagne. Flavour brings out champagne-like effervescence, with light funk and Belgian yeast. Clarity isn’t great but it’s a nice cider.
