UPDATED: JAN 10, 2022 750 ml bottle from Tavour, 1/10/22. Batch 1. Bottled January 2021. Pours a bright reddish-pink color with a frothy foam of light pink head atop it. Bright, clean, and fruity, with ton of fresh raspberry flavor. Bit of funk, slightly tart, some under ripe fruit / grassiness. Drinks clean. Refreshing. Slightly tingly. Just an excellent fruit beer here. 9/5/8/4/18

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2021 Shared 750 ml. bottle poured to a snifter displaying a clear, deep rosy color, with a presentable layer of pink suds, and foamy spots of lacing. The nose was funk, tartness, raspberry, white wine grape, and some grass & greenery. Medium+ bodied, the taste was similar notes, with decent effervescence, tartness & tanginess, some complementary, fruity astringency, and dryness to the finish. Nicely balanced.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2021 Draft 13 oz pour enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Bright cherry red pour, just a refreshing look to it. Hoping that this would be at least a little tart, it did not disappoint. Really nice sour red raspberry flavor, but it really doesn't overpower the base too much. Lingering mixed berry, gentle funk late. Just enough wild to it for my taste to disregard this as a fruit beer. Such good taste to this saison. Feel like I could drink this all day.
