Banana esters in the aroma, well that's surprising... spicy notes and lightly oxidized maltiness. Lean taste, washed out, flat hefe more than a wit. Old banana (light), caramel (less light), light oxidation traces, light wheaty tartness. Bit heavier than it should be but not undrinkable, a bit soft. Dunno. Definitely not 1l material.

Moderately yeasty aroma, mild estery, fruity, some peach or apricot, a mild spicy orange zest touch, phenols a bit high, spices and plastic. Hints of banana. Smooth, herbal or grassy, plastic, sweet, grainy. Thin, moderate carbonation, moderate finish.

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2021 Amarelada,opaca,turva,espuma mediana com boa manutenção,no aroma,malte,frutado cítrico e especiarias,sabor inicial levemente adocicado aparecendo malte e banana,seguido pelo cítrico e condimentado da laranja e do cravo,finalizando com acidez e uma leve picante que fica no retrogosto,baixo corpo,razoável drinkability. WIT regular.

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2021 Color naranja pálido turbio con espuma medio-alta blanca de retención y residuo medios. Aroma a trigo y cilantro con notas a levadura y cítricos dulces. Sabor a trigo, cilantro y levadura con notas a cítricos y ligeros plátano y tierra. Dulzor medio, alcohol medio-ligero y amargor ligero con regusto corto. Textura semi-sedosa, cuerpo medio-denso y carbonatación media. Una Witbier de corte clásico belga pero de forma simplificada. Trigo, cilantro y levadura con un punto suave a plátano típico de las Weissbier. Pasable sin más, la gracia está en el formato de litro.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2021 Enjoyed: Poured from can into weizen glass. Appearance: Pale and blurry yellow/orange colour, rich fluffy head. Aroma: Wheat, yeast, citrus, spices/coriander. Palate: Light to medium body, gentle carbonation. Taste: Wheat, yeast, citrus, spices/coriander, gently bitter aftertaste with hint of orange peel. Overall impression: Tasty, unobtrusive, drinkable and easy, maybe the best that I had under Faxe name.

UPDATED: FEB 15, 2021 Pours hazy yellow with a large head. Aroma of fruit, bananas, coriander. Taste of malts, bananas, some citruses. Light carbonation, medium sweet aftertaste.

UPDATED: JAN 29, 2021 Better than most of the beers from this brewery. Fits well in the style with it's corriander aroma and mild sweet taste.

UPDATED: NOV 24, 2020 Can, 1 liter. Cloudy yellow/orange pour, three finger frothy white head. Good retention, lasting head, decent lacing on the glass as it goes down. A bit faint on the nose, citruses, grassy notes, coriander. Somewhat stale. Light body, medium carbonation, lively on the tongue. Watery texture, average mouthfeel, a bit soft. Mild bitter taste with subtle sweetness and hints of citrus sourness. Weak aroma, watered down, quite bland really. Lemon and lime, grass, herbs, coriander. Yeast. Malts in the background. Quite simple. Short lasting finish, dry. Mediocre but not that bad for what it is. Refreshing enough.
