poisoneddwarf (4653) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - JAN 6, 2022
UPDATED: JAN 6, 2022 12 oz from the Brewvana 12 Beers of Christmas Advent box. Day 12. Aroma has notes of biscuit, clove, bubblegum, sulfur. Pours nearly clear pale golden with a one finger bone white head with decent retention. Taste is sweet and spicy with some acidity and flavors like the aroma descriptors. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Good wit.

cheap (7939) - Land of Taxes, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 25, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 25, 2021 Can from kroger in cincy. Hoping this stuff is really wit beer. Pours like wit, smells like wit. Taste is rather mild like wit, with some of that coriander thing going on. Even keeled with just a tad of that processed feel going on in there. Not bad, even has some hefe attributes in the flavor. I'd say its more on style than most other domestic beers that call themselves wit or beldjy whites. Could be a little more civilized like the real old country stuff.

Drjohnrock (1072) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 7, 2021
UPDATED: FEB 7, 2021 From old notes. Twelve ounce can from mixed six pack purchased at Dent Kroger, tasted on March 25, 2018. Cloudy lemonade/gold color, spicy/yeasty nose, clean spicy flavor that's better balanced than a lot of beers in this category. Good for the style.

JStax (10651) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - JUL 21, 2017
Draft sample during OBW. The beer is a hazy yellow with a white head of foam. The aroma has strong esters. They get pretty herbal and earthy. Nice peppery quality comes through in the finish to dry it out a bit. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall a pretty good witbier that doesn’t rely on bacteria to make it that way.
