Cinnamon and slight Mexican chocolate in the aroma. Flavor is dusty chocolate with slight pepper showing only in the background. A bit of booze from tha barrel but not overly so. Really nice and subtle with the pepper is good.

Aroma is intense, rye, anise, chocolate, cinnamon, coconut, vanilla. Big flavor, not overspiced but definite Mexican chocolate. Not much pepper but decent cinnamon. Big whiskey notes, a bit boozy. Medium plus body, some heat. Tasty doe.
