Aroma of coconut, vanilla, cocoa, sugar, roasted malts, coffee, light whiskey notes and light cinnamon …… taste is of coconut, vanilla, lactose, light cinnamon, light coffee, spicy whiskey and a hint of peppery heat which comes off as warm/booze ….. light barrel to it but for the most part the finish has some spicy cinnamon, vanilla, coconut and lactose …. Cinnamon and vanilla linger for a bit …. Medium body …. Not bad, not great

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 Bottle to tulip. Pours deep brown with brown highlights and moderate brown head. Cinnamon and slight Mexican chocolate in the aroma. Flavor is dusty chocolate with slight pepper showing only in the background. A bit of booze from tha barrel but not overly so. Really nice and subtle with the pepper is good.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 Bottle 2021 pours darkest brown with a small tan head. Aroma is intense, rye, anise, chocolate, cinnamon, coconut, vanilla. Big flavor, not overspiced but definite Mexican chocolate. Not much pepper but decent cinnamon. Big whiskey notes, a bit boozy. Medium plus body, some heat. Tasty doe.
