zoucrew102 (4959) - - SEP 24, 2021UPDATED: SEP 24, 2021 Bomber, 2014 vintage. Sweet dark fruit aroma with notes of caramel, toffee, dark chocolate, molasses, vanilla, bourbon and toasted oak as well as a little bit of booze. Pours deep toffee brown colored with a thin tan head that has little retention and lacing. Starts with dark chocolate, molasses, caramel and toffee flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with dark fruit, vanilla, bourbon and toasted oak flavors. Wonderful, even after 7-ish years in the cellar.
jrob21 (5064) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JUN 22, 2020UPDATED: JUN 22, 2020 Covid cellar clearance operation. This help up hella well. Rich deep and complex. Bit of molasses and soy sauce. But mild. Lots of raisin and plum. Have maybe had this for 6 years or so. Probably procured on a west coast trip at some point. An og of barrel aging and blending and still so good.
Johnsense (2252) - - MAR 18, 2020UPDATED: MAR 18, 2020 Self-Isolation Beer number 1. Deep brown pour, smaller of white head that fizzes out quickly. Aroma of dark caramel, barrel, brown sugar, light molasses, roasted malt. Dark chocolate and toffee up front, raisin, bourbon, brown sugar, light woodiness, anise, molasses. Fuller body, finishes quite clean.
ABUSEDGOAT (4006) - California, USA - FEB 7, 2020UPDATED: FEB 7, 2020 Well I guess I forgot to rate this too as I dig to the back of my fridge. I had 2015's version last night, so how's this stack up? Deep mahogany with almost no head. Aroma of brown sugar, oak, wood, caramel, chocolate. Full bodied, warming, almost no oxidation. Yesterday I felt that this wouldn't last much longer, but this has sat for an additional year and still has no signs of oxidation. I had a 5 year old variant a few years ago at a sports bar, it's safe to say it wasn't stored properly as it was extremely oxidized.
IndianaRed (7712) - Boise, Idaho, USA - FEB 7, 2019UPDATED: FEB 7, 2019 On Tap at BitterCreek Boise Dark brown pour with a thin dense tan head. Terrific blend of caramelized sugars, medium roast and touches of licorice and molasses. A bit boozy as the barrel aging character kicks in. Smooth and some lingering sweetness. Very good

ClarkVV (9063) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 13, 2018Draught at Ginger Man, 10/11/18.
Mauve-chestnut. Clear, I think. Light tan head to ring.
Oatmeal raisin cookie nose. Some alcohol, not aggressive, on the end. Lotta raisin, chocolate, caramel. Super soft and aged but no oxidation.
Raisin, plum, toffee. Alcohol picking up. Light roast on end. Not too sweet. Nuts, bourbon, vanilla. Soft, malty, great carbonation. Spicy rich. But whew is it strong. Good though.
TimE (8459) - Tokyo, JAPAN - SEP 23, 2018Dark brown color. Light brown head. Tons of rolo candy, milk chocolate, vanilla oak, sherry in the nose. Light body, tons of oak, vanilla dark chocolate and bourbon. Very smooth. Well intrgrated and the flavors have meddle nicely after five year. Slight warming finish with vanilla going forever.
HarvesterOfSorrow (2863) - Bourbon County, Minnesota, USA - AUG 27, 2018August 26, 2018 - bottle poured into bourbon county sniffers, shared on our anniversary. Dark pour with limited head. Aroma was bourbon, brandy, wood, sweetness, chocolate and dark fruit / raisin. Taste was really complex and well balanced. One sip and you notice the dark chocolate and bourbon, then the next one and you get a strong sweetness with the dark fruit. The wood and bourbon/brandy come out nicely in the finish.
