Approaching full bodied - just a tad short. Flavor is smooth cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate. Nitro indeed. Not a trace of carbonation prickle. Not dry, but not excessively sweet. Not bitter, except for what cinnamon provides. But it is extremely good tasting!
