UPDATED: JAN 30, 2019 12 oz. bottle from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. Golden and hazy with off white foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma is stone fruit and tropical fruit and is fairly complex. Flavor is the stone fruit with spicy notes and tropical fruit. Melons, grass, and Pilsner malts. This is kind of all over the place and very well brewed. There are so many IPAs today and after having had so many it seems that very few of them impress me. However, this one does.

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2019 Shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat Pours a hazy gold with a white head. Nose is very complex. I get citrus, pine, melon, stone fruit, tropical fruit, grassy hops. floral hops and something spicy. Body is near full. Flavor is like the aroma with the major flavor being melon. Sold malt base. Finishes dry, spicy, and bitter. Great stuff.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2019 Pours cloudy gold w/ a foamy white head & lots of lacing. The aroma is a delicious blend of hops focusing on the citrus notes. The taste leans toward the citrusy side as well. It’s not overly bitter & has a nice & pleasant hop bite to it while finishing nearly clean. Tasty & drinkable!

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Fine fruity-hoppy aroma. Starts wonderful hoppy-fruity, notes of lemon, some apricot, mild bitterness. Finish milder, soft-hoppy. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Fruity piney nose. The beer starts floral with nice earthy hops. Nice floral earthy this time, the hop varieties fit together very well. Nice floral earthy finish over a slightly grainy neutral body. Nice again.

A pretty average aroma - grassy, with a touch of mango. Very little sweetness, but not bitingly bitter either. The finish is a bit thin. All in all, 008 isn't a very memorable IPA.

I would jump at the chance to taste a dozen of these at the same time and appreciate what they are going for. The whole one off thing tho, it just is a slightly different medicore IPA each time
