Schnabelhund (152) - TAIWAN - SEP 24, 2021UPDATED: SEP 24, 2021 Pale 31 pours golden with a medium-lived off-white head. The nose reveals bright fruity notes of citrus, mango, apricot, and berries, combined with light earthiness reminiscent of noble hops and a hint of pine and caramel. The flavor is not as big as could be expected from the nose; it even feels a little watery but still fitting for a regular pale ale. The bitterness on the mid-palate is moderate and the finish hides the heat from the alcohol well. The scent of piney resin is a little bit more obvious upon taking a sip than in its nose. The carbonation might be slightly above average, but not enough to be in the flavors’ way by any means. A very nice one - I’ll have another right away.
Beese (12774) - Tooting, London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 11, 2019Keg at the Euston Tap in 2017. Clear amber. Aroma of west coast hops, pine and biscuity malt. Zest citrus, peal and caramel flavours.
alexsdad06 (16451) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - AUG 6, 2019UPDATED: AUG 7, 2019 This is a backlog rating from 2008 from a bottle, from notes. When I had this beer it was average to below average for the style and not something I wanted to have again or I just didn't get back to my notes because of my technology at the time. Words to describe this beer are pale malts, citrus, floral notes, nice APA.

orbit (875) - Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 17, 2018This one is actually quite nice, a classic West Coast pale ale with a mild and almost subtropical nose and aftertaste. Not that much bitterness, but a refreshing ale, just as intended I figure.

nybol (4383) - DENMARK - MAR 11, 2018Denne øl skulle være tørhumlet, tjo den har måske mere krydret smag, an ikke bestemme hvilke smagsnuancer der er men den virker meget kompleks.
darbeer75 (1301) - Round Rock, Texas, USA - FEB 19, 2018Aroma: sweet, fruity; Appearance: clear golden pour with creamy white head; Taste: follows nose with a nice hoppy bite; well balanced; Palate: medium-light body with short finish; Overall: refreshing. Would get again.
snowcrash000 (1790) - Cologne, GERMANY - FEB 15, 2018Pours a clear, light golden, straw coloration with a medium, fizzy head. Smells of citrus fruit: tangerine, grapefruit, with a hint of pine. Taste follows the nose, with a hoppy citrus taste of tangerine and grapefruit, with just a hint of pine and biscuity malt coming through. Medium body and carbonation. This is your typical citrus/pine Pale Ale and a very solid one at that. Nothing special, but perfectly nice and easy-drinking.
