COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
West Coast-style IPA hopped with Simcoe, Azacca, and El Dorado. Pours a clear gold with dried apricot on the nose and notes of grapefruit juice and white grape on the palate. Finishes with a smooth bitterness.
UPDATED: DEC 29, 2021 From a 16 oz. can. Golden appearance under a lingering white head. Good clarity. The aroma is all about perfume and blossoms. So let's call it floral. Maybe some pine. Lower profile white bread. The body is around medium. The taste starts sweet but those floral and pine hop characters really scream for attention after a moment. Semi dry ending. More traditional than new for sure. Lingers.
