The beer is hazy dark brown colored with a stable creamy head. Carbonation is good.
The aroma is malts, caramel, dried fruits, vanilla, chocolate, cacao and spices.
The taste is medium to full bodied and sweet malty with caramel, plums, dried fruits, vanilla and goes to bitterness with chocolate, cacao, yeast and spices.
The finish is dry, bitter with long staying chocolate.

Aroma, and first taste, are a mix of milk chocolate and barley. Alcoholic aftertaste, but sweet.
