UPDATED: DEC 23, 2021 355 ml bottle. Clear amber golden colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, citrus fruit, herbal oaked notes. Salty. Taste is light sour. Full bodied. Tart fruity finish with lingering tequila barrel. Very nice.

UPDATED: NOV 24, 2021 Amber, clear with a minimal white head. Aroma of lime and I must say some liquor(maybe it's the strong lime) and some fruitiness. Medium sour with a good fruit and lime end.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2021 Bottle from Beer Hop. It pours lightly hazy copper with a small frothy white head. The aroma is zingy, tangy, sour lime, sherbet, tequila, oak, vanilla, toffee and definite margarita cocktail character. The taste is crisp, dry, sweet - sour, tart, tangy, oily, tangy lime, sherbet, slick, puckering, tequila, salty edge, oak, damp wood, grape must, agave, vanilla, sour candy, savoury, margaritas and a touch of booze with a slick, tangy lemon cordial finish. Medium+ body, fine carbonation and oily mouth feel. Bonkers stuff. Loving the cocktail character this have. A unique concoction. Moreish also.

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2021 --Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear amber, small head. Aroma of tequila and lemon washing up liquid. Sweet with full body and syrupy mouthfeel. Syrup, lemon, salt and tequila. Sticky finish. Very artificial.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2021 Smell of lime, cinnamon, tequila. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of cinnamon, tequila, lime, wood, salt, booze. Super intense flavours. Bitter, sour, somewhat salty. Also some lingering boozy sweetness. Lively carbon. Feels like too much of everything.

UPDATED: SEP 1, 2021 330ml bottle. Poured a hazy copper colour with a big, short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is lime, tequila and alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet, light sour, with a tart lime citrus, woody oak, light warm boozy palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation after the initial bubbles. An interesting beer and fine to sample, but not one to drink on a regular basis.

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2021 Bottle at home in Barbados, saved this one, bought in Sterk, Amsterdam, drunk in the Barbados sun, 26th AUGUST 2021. Pours a chestnut brown, clear beer. Aroma is lime, wood, barrel, fruit, taste is complex and deep, barrel, wood, tart, lime for sure, salt and citrus, liquor, really tasty and a great idea for a Gose.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2021 Copenhagen 15/8 2021. 35,5 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. The label has a vibe of the day of the dead with a skeletal hand holding a lime with a little butterfly on top. Pours opaque, murky amber with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing. Aroma is intense with a tart, sour and fruity scent mingling with Christmas spices and dark wooden alcohol. Citrus and lime. A bit of cardamom and ginger. Cane sugar. Dark sweet tequila. The good stuff. Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, sugary sticky, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is intense with a strong slightly boozy sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweet, potent and packed with alcohol. Lingering. Semi-dry finish. More boozy barrel than Gose - but I can certainly live with that.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2021 Clear light brown orange color with small head which disappears very quickly. Nice aroma of tequila barrel and lime. Taste is abit sweet with agave, salt and lime which is rounded up nicely with tequila barrel. Finishes dry. Medium body, low carbonation. Very nice and tasty gose, amazing!

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2021 A golden beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma is nice, fruitfness, lime, fresh. Taste has agave, lime, nice malty body, freshness of citrus. Medium+ bodied. This is really like a nice coctail.
