UPDATED: JAN 10, 2022 Pours deep, clear mahogany into a tulip. Tan head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Molasses aromas. Thick with sour, earthy pit fruit and dry, dusty earth. Lasting bitter pith finish.

UPDATED: SEP 24, 2021 On tap at brewery in Winooski, Vt. Pours clear copper with zero head and a tiny bit of white lacing. Aroma: brown sugar, cherries. Flavor: the above plus nuts, dish soap, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel, toast. Mouthfeel: thin and watery.
