UPDATED: MAR 3, 2020 Bottle from BCL bought in Jan 2020, $15.60 CAD. Attack: crisp tart Mids: light sour funk, tingly, juicy sour cherry puree, lvl4-sweetness, wheat malt Finish: wet barrel woody exhale Overall: good authentic flavour and depth, balance is there as well. Very drinkable.

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2020 A hazed pink ale with a thick frothy lacing white rosey head. In aroma, sweet fruity cherry malt with light Brett, light lactic notes , very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity cherry malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. On tap at Rooted in Place.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2020 Poured from the tap. Pinkish red with a slight orange hue and white head. Mild brett and dark cherry. Clean, well done.

UPDATED: JUN 2, 2019 Perfect foam sits on top of a nice lighter cloudy brown-pink body. Deep brett yeast on the nose with funky sour cherry in all the right quantities. Flavour is deep sweet dark cherries, wood funk, brett yeast. Full enough on the mouth. This stuff is really brilliant, so far beyond all the mediocrity I've trying in town lately.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2019 750 ml bottle. Pours a pinkish orange with light white head. Aromas of farmyard, citrus, perfumey fruit, and bready malts. Flavors of sweet sugary cherries (almost cherry pie), citrus and grainy malts.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2019 Pink-red colour. Little bit of haze. No head. Aroma is bretty, with light jammy cherry. Has a cherry pit note. The malts are just sort of neutral. Decent brew, nice cherry taste. Would like the brett to kick in a bit more.

Very lightly yeasty lactic undertone. Smooth average bodied palate, soft carbonation. 3+ Nice. 7/3-4/7-8/3/16 On tap at Darby's Gastown, Vancouver.
