UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Can, probably from a Kroger? Well, anyway this stuff is a typical fruit beer from the start, originating before anybody even thought about craft brew as a wave. The nose is dull fruit beer. The eye is slightly pink on top of clear pale. Yes, first impressions on the taste buds? This is your typical fruity beer from way back when, so I think; in the days of modern craft beer this may not be a hit. More on taste? Its just plain old fruit beer when beer used to be beer, not some stupid straight up ass IPA bitter bullshit Its just decent tasting bubbly beery stuff that was basically quite refreshing. Yep, not bad; more like a decent pale lager with some unsweetened koolaid added. There, you have it.

UPDATED: OCT 9, 2021 Strawberry, malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with a light pink tint and large off-white head. Moderately sweet strawberry, malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Light body.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2021 12oz can. Canned 3/11/21. Really nice mix of strawberry and creme in the nose and through to the finish. Light to moderate sweet, light bitter, more dry overall. Light to medium body, crisp lighter carb, refreshing and not heavy not sweet. Nice fruit beer, I liked this more than expected.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2020 Draft at the brewery, served in a flight. Pours a clear gold with a moderate white head that settles into a ring and island of film, leaving ropes and spots of lace in the glass. Notes of pale and semi-sweet cereal malts, strawberries, straw, and minerals. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, malty, clean mouthfeel. Not bad for a strawberry blonde.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2019 Taster at source - this was the most aggressively insisted upon beers I try from my wife. I told her I don't like the style. I caved. Strawberry flavors.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2018 Draft to taster in a flight at Fretboard. Pours a clear pale reddish color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have moderate strawberry fruit, creamy malts, bread, vanilla, I can see a wide range of people liking this.

UPDATED: MAY 21, 2018 Tap. Poured a clear reddish pale color with an average fizzy off-white head that was mostly lasting and had good lacing. Moderate berry balanced aroma. Medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium berry sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good brew.
