UPDATED: OCT 4, 2019 I have bought this bottle, at Bulle, at the shop hall aux boissons, during the last summer. Drinking and enjoying it, at our flat, at Epalinges, two days ago. In my point of view, it is a decent witbier, it sounds more Belgian than German. The taste has notes of wheat, little side of banana, a bit sour, fruity that you get a side of elderberry, discreet hop, coriander. The taste is yellow and clear, normal carbonation, white foam.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2019 hazy grey-ish yellow colour, huge, though quickly collapsing white head; aroma of fresh cut grass, wet wheat, bread, some banana, hints of clove, grape peel, slight honey and figs, yeasty-wine cellary, as well as barnyard notes; taste of malty-syrupy sweetness, bread, some clove, banana, grapeseeds, and yeasty noes; good one!

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2019 Limonade avec de l'alcool! C'est ce qui me saute à l'esprit quand je déguste cette Barbeblanche. Assez acide et très moussue, celle que je vide en cet instant achève de me rafraîchir. Agréable voyage !

Nez: Citronné, épicé Bouche: Froment, citron, épicée, grosse carbonatation Une weizen qui est un peu gâchée par la trop grosse carbonatation.

Bottle @ home from Sébastien - Color: golden hazy blond beer with medium carbonation and big white foam. Smell: grassy and small saison notes. Yeast domination. Taste: wheat and grassy/sour notes. Very strange...Aftertaste: good banana finish, very nice compare to the first sensation. Small yeast finish. Compare to the first sensation the aftertaste is really nice.

Hazy yellow colour with a small white head in the aroma. Wheat, mild rubber, citrus, dry malt and some spices in the aroma. Not bad at all. The flavour is wheat, yeast, yeasty bitterness, wet cardboard, malt and some citric notes. Drinkable.

Bouteille 33cl de Coop Moudon, BB 02/2015. Dorée trouble, col blanc. Arôme offre le bouquet typique de Hefe, léger bouquet ester banane avec un léger rétro épicé rappelant un peu la coriandre. Palais est légèrement citronné, léger ester fruité accompagné de qcq agrumes. Palais restant sec, malt froment avec une petite pointe caramel. Haute effervescence et un léger fini épicé.

Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of azlondon. Creamy palate. Sourish. Reminiscence of banana, white chocolate, candy and mango. Lovely dryish finish. This beer gets better towards the end. A beer with plenty of character and a great interpretation of the style. Thanks a lot azlondon!
