Smaak: lichte hopbitterheid, wat moutzoetigheid, licht fruitig, de hoppigheid zit meer in de neus dan de smaak. Goede koolzuurprikkel. Als New England IPA hazy moet zijn met weinig hopbitterheid, dan klopt het helemaal. Ze zouden beter de term IPA laten vallen en het bij New England style houden.

Light, almost a bit watery.

Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, flowers, caramel and grass. Moderate sweetness, with an initial kick of bitterness which quickly subsides. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Some dryness to finish. Decent brew.

Now inside cooking Greek Chicken with Greens, Capers and Skordalia. Pours murky gold with a sticky white head.
