UPDATED: MAY 29, 2018 Fles 50cl thuis. Hoppig, bitter. Waterig. Nasmaak blijft wel lang hangen. (2-2013).

Bottle at home. It pours clear golden with a decent white head. The aroma is quite soft, rather mellow, toasty grain and dull sweetness. The taste is rather mellow, dryish, soft, bit of toasty grain, bready malts, toasted nut, light sweetness and dried leaves with a short finish. Light body and soft carbonation. Too light and doesn't quite have the depth of flavour of the cask version. Certainly drinkable, but not much going on.

En god bitter øl, den har en lidt blomsteragtig eftersmag over sig.........

Bottle. Gold colour. Off-white head. Biscuity malts, caramel. Slight citrus fruit. Light hops. Some bitterness. Dry finish. OK, but the cask version is better. (2008)

Bottle from Asda, Sainsbury’s. A golden ale with a slight hoppy, bitter flavour and a light citrus and toffee finish. Not bas considering the low ABV.

ccostoya (23) - Santiago, CHILE - OCT 30, 2015
Aroma: slight cereal, with subtle floral, hoppy aroma Appareance: beautiful crystal clear copper, but no head whatsoever Taste: medium bitterness, light sweetness Palate: light body, thin feel, soft carbonation, astringent, bitter with a long finish Overall: I’m generally not a big fan of fullers, but this one I truly enjoyed. Is the living proof that a beer doesn’t have to be strong to be good

Althaus (18) - Oviedo, SPAIN - OCT 7, 2015

Aroma is sweet with a fruity malty character. Sweet and malty body but the bitterness is surprisingly high. Thin body of course, but considering the abv, this one is really good.

500 ml bottle. Bright bronze color, good foam and excellent aroma: best island hops, honey and wild flowers, fruity, little notes of malt and caramel biscuit, a little earthy shades. Taste: smooth and clean, pleasant hop bitterness, malts, biscuit, fruity esters, amazing drinkability, great ale.

ctipping (3902) - Florida, USA - JUL 21, 2015
On tap at The House of Brews. Served in a pint glass. Clear amber. Smells lightly fruity and bready. Tastes very similar, but with a strong fruity character. Bready and bitter finish. Sharp bitterness. Light body. Medium carbonation. Disappointed by this. Just not an enjoyable bitter.
