COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rough but smooth. This beer was one of the Funk Estate team’s favourite homebrews, now gone commercial. Hand toasted coconut has been added to the mash and boil. The beer has also been dry-nutted. The beer is smooth and the flavour reminds you of eating coconut rough slices.

Aroma - coconut, chocolate, coffee. Appearance - pitch black, light brown head. Taste - coconut is quiet, chocolate, a lot of roasty flavour. Palate - sweet, bitter and tiny hint of tartness. Overall - not bad for new guys
