COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Imperial version of our Last Snow porter is a rich, thick, decadent treat. Pitch black and viscous, it’s made with coconut and fresh roasted coffee. We then age it in Bourbon barrels for months to accentuate the vanilla and coconut notes. Originally brewed in collaboration with our friends at Park Tavern in Delray Beach.

UPDATED: FEB 10, 2021 Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth Pre-GBBF 2017 tasting - London. Cheers! Pours oily black-brown with a creamy, khaki head. Medium to big sweet, with some oily and rich chocolate character, well roasted malts, coconut. Full bodied, chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, more dense chocolate, ash, coconut, raisins, mild earthy bitterness. Big overall chocolate and dark fruits. Delicious. Great.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2021 Very dark brown pour with ample barrel and strong coconut on the nose. Coffee a little obscured, in part cause the coconut is a little suntan lotionesque, but this was still quite nice. 13% this year too. Yikes.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2020 Big bottle at home. Thick black pour, creamy beige head. Lots of coconut, chocolate, praline, coffee, boozy spirit, pastry avant la lettre. Nice praline boozy linger. Firm body, velvety soft mouthfeel, medium carbonation.

brokensail (18691) - Bay Area, California, USA - SEP 16, 2020
UPDATED: SEP 16, 2020 Bottle @ Home. Thanks, Sean. Black in color with a finger of tan foam. The aroma is a mix of vanilla extract and coconut cream. A lot of butterscotch candy as well. Holy smokes this even smells sweet. There's a touch of slightly spicy and earthy offer to the flavor, but otherwise it's just more sweetness. Lots of coconut, cream, and chocolate syrup. All the adjuncts. Fine, but just kind of a beer porn offering.

UPDATED: APR 19, 2020 Bottle pour, thick syrupy pour, almost black. Aroma of chocolate and coconut. Tastes like a liquid Almond Joy but a little less coconut. Notes of coffee followed by a warming smoothness of bourbon. Really amazing but best to share the bottle.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2020 Rich coconut/chocolate/coffee aroma. Black body with a scant white head. Taste has more coconut than anything. Smooth palate for such a big beer. Nice.
