UPDATED: AUG 14, 2021 Cask at Furnace, Derby (i.e. brewery tap). Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a small white head and good lacing. The nose has peaches and floral hops. In the mouth the texture is creamy, and flavours predominantly fruit based. Oranges and peaches with floral hops and some malty sweetness. The finish is slightly bitter. A nice little thirst quencher – spongey !

ABV: 4.4%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, flowers, elderflowers, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, flowers, citrus, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171012]

A tasty and refreshing APA. Nice ‘marmalade’ flavour. Gluten free too, which is good for some people.
