UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 Slightly hazy, light golden colour with beautiful tiny-bubble carbonation flowing nicely. The head is frothy, somewhat creamy, white, long lasting with some dirty lacing, foamy patches all-around. Getting hazier as it pours, and loads of smaller particles are floating. Such a beauty, before even the first sip. Citrus aromas with mild sourness and grape notes from the Kveik yeastiness. The taste is citrusy with a mild dryness building away. That sourness is found in the background again, but not annoying. This is quite a nice DIPA that is going down very well right now.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2021 Tasty for what it is, a kviek yeast that serves to capture the fruity taste of the hops, and that's basically it! Fresh at Peluso.

UPDATED: JUN 18, 2021 Bouteille - 500ml. Robe blonde, bien voilée et coiffée d'un col blanc, crémeux, d'épaisseur moyenne et qui s'estompe lentement. Arôme houblonné, frais et agrémenté de nuances de pamplemousse et d'ananas. L'alcool est bien masqué. En bouche, les saveurs dominantes de houblon sont appuyées par des notes maltées et de fruits tropicaux. Longue finale amère/sûre. Agréable.
