Drjohnrock (1072) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 22, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 22, 2021 Poured from 16 ounce can at Johnny Dowd concert at Beachland Ballroom/Tavern in Cleveland, Ohio on November 2, 2021. Gold color, aroma like a pale lager with some creaminess, taste is 2/3 interesting hybrid ale/lager like it used to be and 1/3 pale lager. This was the beer to get back in the day if you were on a budget and wanted something that was a little different. And even though it's been dumbed down some buy the brewer, it's still worth reqaching for when the only other options are standard macors.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2021 This is a backlog rating from 2008 from a bottle, from notes. When I had this beer it was average to below average for the style and not something I wanted to have again or I just didn't get back to my notes because of my technology at the time, work and/or family. Words to describe this beer are sweet corn and grains, moving on.

radagast83 (11245) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - MAR 14, 2021
UPDATED: MAR 14, 2021 12oz can. Poured a pale golden color with a fizzy, medium sized white head. Aroma was light corn, light malts. Actually not as bad as it may first seem. Light bitterness, touch corn. Light grain. Mild floral hops.

Kleg (2050) - The Beach, Florida, USA - NOV 20, 2020
UPDATED: NOV 20, 2020 12 oz. can from Downtown Produce. Pours a crystal clear pale gold color with a white head and good retention. Almost no lacing. Skunky malt aroma. Generic Euro lager flavor with just a tiny skunk finish. Relatively smooth and less grainy than a typical lager. Light body. It won't win any awards, but a respectable cheap beer.

voyageurmike (1001) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 12, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 12, 2020 12 oz bottle, pale golden clear with slight white head. Medium body. Corn malt aroma with some pepper to it. Mildly bitter grass corn taste with a brief spicy finish. Still an ok, unpretentious beer to drink very cold on a hot day.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2019 So easily drinkable with good enough fizzy feeling. Has corn sugar or syrup smell but not so big. It’s gentle. Taste good with a bit of lemon juice
