Goes great with outside. Pretty much everywhere and anywhere. Crafted with miraculously crisp West Coast apples, fresh vim and California vigor.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2021 Plain and clear, like pouring a glass of seltzer water. Taste is there, but doesn’t add much to the presentation.

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2021 Can @ The Greek Theatre. Drank a couple of these during the Phoebe Bridgers show and apparently I had never rated it before. Pale yellow liquid with a short-lived white head. Pretty basic, straight-forward cider that is mostly just apple and perhaps a hint of white grape and yeast. Definitely a good bit of tartness and acidity, but finishes a bit sweeter than I'd really like, but not bad. Decent enough offering and a solid choice at a rock show.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2021 I generally find straight dry cider a little boring, but this was crisp clean and flavorful. Lightly musty, fresh apple juice. Refreshing! 3.7+

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2021 Very lightly flavored cider, made in a refreshing style, but not worth buying again, too thin and watery.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2020 Light Apple aroma with sulfur notes Pours a clear pale golden with no head Green Apple tart flavor with bitter sweet balance Light body, high co2, lingering bittersweet Apple finish. Taste like apfelweins that I’ve made at home using Walmart Apple juice. Drinkable and decent flavor but nothing interesting.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2019 440ml can from Melvins, Sisters, Oregon. Drunk at our AirBnb in Bend. Pours clear gold, bubbly top. Aroma is medium sweet apple fruit. Taste is crisp, medium sweet with a pleasant fruitiness, lightly tart good drinkability but a bit middle of the road.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours gold with a smear of white bubbles. Aroma of plain old hard cider. Med body or so. Flavor is rather tart apple skin and a cider flavor hinting at sweet. But not even sweet/tart I'd say. Somewhat astringent. Really dry. Really cider. Good one.

This pours with a color that is slightly odd--yellow but with a hint of orange spectrum? Looks nice in the glass. Dry, English cider flavors with a crisp and incredibly drinkable profile. Moderate body, subdued carbonation but present. The alcohol isn’t obvious. Overall, this is an excellent cider that is easily above the average American cider. Really enjoyable. Can bought in San Francisco.
