UPDATED: JAN 5, 2022 Pours a dark brown with a thick but fading head. The aroma shows a pronounced start to some sort of infection. Light tartness over the cocoa and chocolate that I think lightens the body significantly more than I'd expect from something this size. It's got a bit of coffee in addition to a touch of barrel. Lightly herbal with some notes of dill, herbs and some other earthy notes. It's a little boozy but the effect of the tartness kind of ruins this for me. Not my jam at all.
