UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 Clear dark red beer, thin bubbly head fizzes away quickly. Smells sharp and wine-y. Flavour is tart fruit, cherries, a touch of hop, wine. Distinctive and tasty.

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2021 Bottled 0,355L. Dark ruby/red color, much unclear and hazy aspect, moderate bubbly impression, escaping white/pink head. Aroma is riped fruits, notes od cherry, tart, berries, sweet resin and wood. Acidic and sour taste, notes of unriped and aged berry, tart berry, sweet cortex and resin, cherry, long dry and salty final.

UPDATED: APR 3, 2021 Bottle from Master of Malt, bottled June 18. Clear deep brown. Nose is sour, woody, vinous, red fruits, cherries, also sweetish. Tastes sour and sweet, woody, vanilla, vinous, cherries. A bit sweet, nicely sour, quite a lot going on.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2021 Bottle sample at a tasting. Clear bronze with beige head. The aroma has notes of acetone, vinegar, cherries, wood, vanilla, wine. The flavor is mild sweet and sour with notes of acetone, wood, wine, cherries, acidic, alcohol, vanilla. Dry, medium to full-bodied.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2021 Bottle at a tasting. Clear amber brown. Funky, red wine, acetone, cherries aromas. Sweetish, tart, funky, wine, barnyard, acetone. marzipan, cherries, plums. Medium-bodied. Good stuff.

UPDATED: NOV 23, 2020 Liquide ambré rubis avec mousse disparaissant immédiatement. Nez cerise noire et vineux. En bouche, c'est une attaque très acide sur la cerise noire qui débouche immédiatement sur un côté vineux et vinaigre balsamique. C'est très bien réalisé même si ça n'est pas ma tasse de thé !!

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2020 750mL bottle from Booze Bud Pours a deep scarlet body with a firm slightly pink tinged cream atop. Good funk straight - good amount of Parmesan, balsamic, old wood, vanilla, horse blanket, sour cherry. High carbonation, some malt thickness upfront with STACKS of acetic acid OOMPH from the get go and just keeps going, and gripping. Sweet cherries upfront, some skin tannin and vinous red fruits, then becoming oaky/old woody, dried fruits, balsamic, ethyl acetate twang, horse sweat, hard cheese....she lingers long and grips....

Taste: Combination of over moderate tart and sweet, dark cherries, subtle wood and light funk. Hints of red grapes, vinuous hints. Nicely balanced. Slightly thin body. Below average carbonation. Ok
