High carbonation, some malt thickness upfront with STACKS of acetic acid OOMPH from the get go and just keeps going, and gripping.
Sweet cherries upfront, some skin tannin and vinous red fruits, then becoming oaky/old woody, dried fruits, balsamic, ethyl acetate twang, horse sweat, hard cheese....she lingers long and grips....
