UPDATED: JAN 1, 2022 Pours a clear golden yellow on tap with wispy white foam that leaves moderate webs of lace. Aroma of nice grassy hops and pilsner malt base, clean yeast. Taste follows, with a mild malt sweetness, clean light hop bitterness, good balance and well done. A solid pilsner.

UPDATED: AUG 19, 2021 12 oz. can from Total Wine, Scottsdale, AZ. Pours a hazy gold color with a tight white head and great retention. Good lacing. Slightly sour malt aroma. Soft pilsner malt flavor with a light yeast and soap finish, and only minor bitterness. Decent carbonation. Medium body. Not my favorite take on the style, but not bad.

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2020 Can from Ryan. Hazy, which is weird, and golden. Lemony, grassy, and bright. Crisp, only mildly hoppy.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2020 Can. Hazy pale gold, white head. Light malt, very fruity. Hay and grass. Actually kinda weird with the fruitiness.

Moderate, malty - lightly grainy and dryish - lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel/bread, light sourness, light hoppyness. Body is medium, malty - lightly grainy and dryish - lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel/bread, light hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly grainy and dryish, light caramel/bread, light sourness, light hoppyness. Notes of sourness in the aroma/flavor - batch gone bad?

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2019 Very nice brew. Had a little more kick than I would expect from the style. Liked this one a lot, and even more near the park in Tusayan Arizona.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2019 Big can from the can. Drunk in monument valley at the campsite overlooking the monuments. No idea what it looks like but tastes like a pretty standard Pilsner. Ok quaffer

UPDATED: JUL 5, 2019 Pours clear yellow with a fair ivory head. Aroma yields crisp malt with a hint of apple. Flavor presents crisp, slightly sweet malt with apple and hoppy hints. Texture delivers OK fizz and body. Happy 4th of July!

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2019 ~6 oz taster as part of a taster tray at the Historic Harvey House in the Bright Angel Lodge at the Grand Canyon, Arizona. The pour is a mostly clear golden with a limited white head. The aroma is cereal malt with a bit of a sharpness. The taste is cereal malt, floral with unclean yeast notes. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft carbonation and the off yeast finish.
