UPDATED: DEC 6, 2021 Flot etikette, meget klassisk gammeldags julestemning. Tripel, men ikke megen belgisk stil over den. Aromaen er ristede nødder, desværre lidt glas. Sødmen er der en smule, men også en let bitterhed og uvelkommen umami. Hælder fin lysbrun hazy væske.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2018 50cl Bottle @ Boxbeers.com, Copenhagen, Denmark. Hazy amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma is malt, sweet, dried fruits. Taste is malt, caramel, raisins, spices, alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation.

Bottle. Murky brown.Flat with no head. Powerful and slightly spicy with a strong alcoholic after taste. Takes time for flavours to seep through. Slightly bitter and left no lacing.

Aroma: Fruity and malty sweetness with lots of dried fruits. Flavour: Sweet dried fruits with slight sourness and almost nobitterness. Aftertaste is malty and fruity sweet. Colour: reddish brown with an offwhite head. From: Bottle @ Meny Viborgvej Aarhus Jan. 2018.

Bottle @ DØE Køge. Appearance: pours slightly hazy amber with ok off-white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste notes: brown sugar, caramel, alcohol, dried fruit a.o. raisins. palette: strong malty and sugary aroma, average carbonation, medium to full body, average to notable sweetness, unbalanced by a light to average bitterness, medium duration and an oily texture. Overall: Decent malt/sugar dominated strong ale

On bottle @Den Gamle By. Pours hazy dark brownish red, with small foam. Sweet tripel, with notes of prunes and dates. Caramel aftertaste. No bitterness.

Nice beer for Christmas. Good rich body, slightly alcohol and spicy finish.

Excellent Christmas beer! Cannot get enough of this! Great appearance and taste!
