Formerly known as 30A Beach Blonde Ale

Citrus flavors and mild malt sweetness are perfectly balanced with smooth bitter undertones resulting in a light-bodied, refreshing ale that will remind you of the Northwest Florida Coast where it was brewed.

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2019 Tried this on tap at Holiday Inn Resort Fort Walton Beach. Labeled as 30A Beach Blonde Ale. The aroma is that of an APA / IPA, but the hop is not strong at all. Kind of a cloudy blonde ale, but it wasn't bad at all. I would describe it as a snooty Miller Light that is trying to be a blond ale. I can drink it on the beach, and it would pair decent with a nice burger, but it's just ok....

UPDATED: APR 11, 2019 About as basic and bland as a blonde can get. I guess I prefer the hoppier ones...or they need to be super cold. Once it warmed down the flavor became ehh. Pale semi-cloudy yellow appeareance. Aroma is bland and musty. May be OK beach or summer beer....but the line stops there.

On draft at the Emerald Coast bar in the Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport. On the menu as 30A Beach Blonde Ale. Pours a clear, bright yellow, with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma is resin, caramel, peach peel, and white bread. Sweet and very mildly bitter. Light body, with a crisp mouthfeel. This is a reasonable, simple, and clean beer.

Appearance: Pale golden. Nearly clear. Few small white bubbles. Nose: Sweet light malt. Touches of citrus light roasted cereal. Taste: Light citrus throughout. Lemon zest. Sweet lightly roasted cereal malts Body: Lighter, fluid active carbonation. Parting thoughts: Refreshing light brew with a great citrus note. Great on a hot day.

Bottle under the much more widely distributed 30A label. Why is this an alias? Pours as expected, clear and yellow, with a big, white head. Grainy, corn-laden aroma. This drinks with the then, therefore-expected sweet malty bite, heavily based in corn flake cereal crispiness. Not my thing, but cleanly made and without technical imperfection. (#6990, 3/2018)

Grayton brewing another beach, another blonde, Yeasty, fruity greeting, so soft on lips, her skin must stay away from the beach sun most days and use special oils and lotions. Years younger than it appears. Sipping it is like learning to appreciate how intentionally gently a clumsy brute like me must adjust when touching a woman. Clear enough to see your toes when neck deep in water. Sweet enough to skip desert and eat her instead. Just enough bitterness to wash the salt and sand off your body before getting into the car. Foam is quiet as watching clouds float by. I’d buy this again, seems like their best offering.
