UPDATED: APR 14, 2021 Robe ambré très sombre, léger voile, mousse abondante, stable à 1cm, colorée. Nez de caramel cuit, un peu de résine, pas mal de fruit. Attaque très amère, résine, un peu d'agrumes, alcool présent en 2e bouche, équilibré par l'amertume. 2 bouche grillée, presque chocolat, très long en bouche, amertume persistante et finale riche. Alcool présent en gorge et dans la longueur. Equilibrée, attaque sur le houblon et finale sur le malt.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2020 Pours gorgeous, clear deep amber, good level of carbonation, a translucent and creamy white head, great retention and lacing. Very clean. Aroma is earthy, piney and dank, with grapefruit and malts. Hop-forward but with solid malty, caramelly, backbone. Tastes very bitter, high-hop intensity with pine, grapefruit and a subtle mango note. Caramel malt to balance. Fantastic. Clear fermentation, with a very bitter and medium-dry finish. Medium body and carbonation, very creamy mouthfeel, no alcohol heat. A classic bomb, perfectly made and delicious, if you are a West Coast DIPA fan, of course.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2020 Bärnstensfärgad med tjockt vitt skum. Doftar fruktigt, maltigt, lite syrligt, citrus och kåda. Smaken fyllig gräddig, ordentlig, besk, lite söt. Eftersmaken lång med markant beska, kåda och citrus, lite söt.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2020 Liquide ambré avec mousse très courte mais persistante. Nez malté et légèrement pin. En bouche, c'est une attaque maltée légèrement à laquelle succède rapidement une énorme gifle d'amertume résineuse dont la longueur est maintenue par un abv à 10,c'est juste monstrueux et franchement, un monument dans le style. Sublime !
