UPDATED: APR 29, 2021 This is a backlog rating from 2008 from a multiple bottles (22 and 12 oz.) over the years, from notes. When I had this beer it was average to below average for the style and not something I wanted to have again or I just didn't get back to my notes because of my technology at the time, work and/or family. Words to describe this beer are dark roasted malts, dark chocolate, black coffee, bourbon, oak, vanilla, solid.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2021 Bomber, 2017. Split 2 ways in a Teku. Not much head, has a watery chocolate appearance like it’s water with some darker food coloring added. Oreo and whiskey aroma, smells like a hint of licorice and cocoa powder. Wow, this held up really well. Lots of cocoa, it’s very sweet with a little whiskey at the finish. VERY good.
