patrick767 (5705) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - APR 7, 2021UPDATED: APR 7, 2021 Orange pour. Very hoppy aroma with tropical fruit along with some malt and resin. The flavor has loads of hops. It’s fruity with resin and a malty backbone leading into a long hop drenched finish. However it comes off a bit cough syrupy to me. I’m not sure why some iipas are like that, but it takes some away from an otherwise excellent beer.

ttutony (1225) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 17, 2019UPDATED: FEB 17, 2019 Copper color with minimal white head. For the high IBU and ABV it actually hides it well. Slightly sweet caramel malt with hop bitterness that is present no doubt, albeit a bit restrained for the style.
DandyWolfFloyd (1839) - Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 26, 2018Aroma - caramel malt and bitter hops
Appearance - the body is a hazy caramel. 1 1/2” white head. The head is small and has great spottled lacing.
Taste - caramel body with Pacific Northwest hops.
Palate - body is medium, texture is slightly oily, carbonation is average, finish bittered and slightly oiled.
HourGlass13 (1975) - North Carolina, USA - MAY 20, 2018Pours up a pretty golden color, with a thin tan head. Aroma and taste are very complex. Aroma brings slight metallic hops and some booze. Taste is balanced with lots of hop presence backed up with ample malt. Some organic honey sweetness, Definitely a little hot. Not bad.
