UPDATED: NOV 27, 2021 12 ounce bottle. Pours a mostly clear golden orange with a decent white head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste is citrus, pine, floral, and malt. Decent.

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2021 On tap at multiple locations on my AT thru hike / beer tour. Nice IPA with a slightly sweet malty backbone. Ripe fruits, bread and caramel notes. Pretty tasty.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2020 Malty yeasty aroma similar to a kolsch. Nice copper color. The British malts came off a bit skunky. I like English ipas but this one was off.

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2020 12oz bottle. Pours gold with a small off-white head. Aroma is lemon, bread, and caramel. Taste is bread, lemon, caramel, orange, and a little pine. Peppery finish. Light-medium body. Moderate slightly caustic carbonation. Slick mouthfeel.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2020 Bottle stamped Enjoy by 04/15/20 so assumed ~ 4 months old A: Poured a small head over a bright pale orange body. Head fell to a lasting ring. S: Malty scent of toffee with light pine and orange. T: Woody malt and bitter piney hops at once. Faint citrus pith and biscuit kick in later. Crisp and well balanced; less sweet than expected. M: Medium body with average to stiff carbonation and dry-ish finish. O: Good malt flavors although they overwhelm the hops. it is English though and not all too fresh. Overall well balanced and fairly tasty.

UPDATED: FEB 26, 2020 Tap at Green Man Dirty Jack's, Asheville. Color is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, some caramel, hops and malts. OK.

UPDATED: JAN 22, 2020 Average IPA. Decent hoppiness with a medium weight. Slightly floral and herbal. Lower bitterness.

UPDATED: APR 20, 2019 Poured from 12 oz bottle into pint glass. A 1' sudsy white head drops quickly with mild lacing. Color is deep gold, abundant carbonation. Aroma of pine, citrus, and bread dough. Mouthfeel is light to medium, sticky, with a very dry finish. Flavor has a nice balance of pine, grapefruit, tangerine with a sweet malt backbone. Really enjoyed this one.

Draft at the source. Clear gold, white head. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus, floral notes. Taste follows nose with some breadiness and cooked vegetable notes.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2018 From a bottle. Beautiful amber color with a strong floral nose. Really a go to IPA for anytime of the year even winter.
