ozzatoadisback (452) - ITALY - FEB 6, 2021
UPDATED: FEB 6, 2021 Bottled version. Dark golden fading into light orange, slightest bit of haziness. Medium sized, but quite dense and creamy white head. Very good retention, especially for a lager, and nice lacing. Average intensity in a fine, interesting aroma. Lightest crackery malts base, a honeyish background, light fruity notes (apple most noticeable), and a grassy, slightly flowery dry feeling to balance the sweetness. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter, with overall a slight sweet edge in the mouth and a relatively dry, bitter edge in finish and aftertaste. Probably dried and more bitter than your average keller, but still very much in good balance. Taste notes more or less follow the aroma. Quite light bodied with low to medium carbonation, resulting in classicly easy, highly drinkable mouthfeel. Guess the draft version must be even better, but the bottle version is definitely worth it too.

BeerViking (7883) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 19, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 19, 2020 Oops, that's gassy. Amber and lightly hazy with a large but collapsing foam, toasty malt and noble hops on the nose lead to a crisp and firmly dry-bitter body, a little yeasty but otherwise very reminiscent of a Northern English bitter.
