COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Hefiger, mild alkoholischer Antrunk. Nuancen von Kräutern, eher geringe Karbonisierung. Spritzig, der Alkohol bleibt weitestgehend versteckt im Hintergrund. Zum Ende erstaunlich schnell schwächer werdend, moderat bitter. Okay. 12/9/10/9//9

Tap @In de Wildeman, together with BeerGangsta. Cloudy pale golden, small frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, heavy lacing; aroma grain, Belgian yeast, banana, light citrus; taste light heavy sweet and medium bitter, malty, grainy, alcohol, peppery notes, light chocolate notes; sweetbitter aftertaste, slightly boozy; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; a bit peculiar, overall a nice tasty brew.

Tap at Stadsbrouwhuis, Leiden: Hazy golden colored brew with an sweet bitter taste with an little bit of the burning alcohol, hints of white chocolate and banana. Ridiculous and confusing name but the beers taste good.

Draft @ Lemmy's. Pours a very hazy golden beer with a small white head on top. Aroma has wheaty notes, some banana, light white chocolate, condensed milk and some light fruity notes. Flavor is very sweet and malty, the alcohol, despite being not very high, is noticeable in here, fairly low in carbonation yet full flavored and good mouthfeel, Nothing to do with an Eisbock though, just a stronger version hellerbock in my book. Aftertaste is nice and light sweet. Decent beer.
