Mørk rødbrun i farge. Skikkelig sur. En eddiklignende smak, med innslag av kirsebær. Slet litt med denne, men bedre etter hvert. Vil sikkert være en favoritt hos mange. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2020 Zero piany. Bardzo owocowe, wiśnie, maliny, jakieś jeżyny, owocowy las, lekka śmietanka. Jest konik, jest dużo tanin, jakaś dębina. Intensywne i pyszne. W zapachu jeszcze więcej niż w smaku.

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2020 Bottle sample. Reddish with off white head. Lactic and acetic, acidities are nicely balanced. Mild woody notes with some fruit and berries without them playing solo. Nice.

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2020 Quite a nice Flanders red take. The oak barrel aging mellows out the tartness, but doesn’t come thru with any undesirable woodiness. Berries add to the “redness” without being excessively fruity or sweet. Very nice.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2020 14/IX/19 - on tap @ Wanderlust (Brussels), BB: n/a - (2019-1388) Thanks to Sebletitje, Rubin77 and ElManana+1 for sharing today’s beers! Clear deep red beer, small creamy beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very acidic impression, quite some vinegar notes, also very fruity, bit malty. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic, bit metallic, super sour, red currants, some vanilla, super acidic.

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2019 Draft @ BBP Wanderlust festival 2019, shared with RB Belgian team. Cuivre, col fin beige. Arôme au bouquet boisé/foudre, rétro fin fruité sur purée de fraises/framboises. Acidité perce tout de même en rétro-nasal. Palais est axé sur un caractère de vielle brune/foudre, petite note balsamique, qcq touche de cerise/framboise. Le tout est assez élevé en acidité.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2019 Bottle. Slightly unclear amber body with a dense beige head. Aroma of ripe cherry and sour red berries. Flavor ha a nice balance between sweet sherry and acidic red berries, some malt in the background, mild wood and vinegar. Fine body and long lasting, dry and tart aftertaste. Nice and refreshing but also slightly unbalanced compared with the Belgium classics.
